Around this time last year, T.I bought Atlanta’s Vibe Restaurant and Lounge. After some expensive renovating T.I. will be having a ribbon cutting ceremony this today and is scheduled for the Grand Opening sometime in April.

On Friday evening, City of Atlanta officials will join Atlanta rapper, record producer, and actor, Clifford “T.I.” Harris, at the ribbon cutting ceremony for his new restaurant, Scales 925. A soft opening will follow on April 1, with a Grand Opening party scheduled for April 14.
Located at 30 Allen Plaza on Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd. in downtown Atlanta, Scales 925 will offer a mix of “upscale Southern cuisine” and a design that “borrows from the Harlem Renaissance era.” The main dining room is described as “classy, elegant” and “very ornate and chic, but not stuffy.”
There have been a few other rappers in the Atlanta area that have opened up restaurants, like Jermaine Dupri and Ludacris, unfortunately neither of those restaurants flourished. We wish nothing but the best for Tip in is new endeavor!
